After viewing a profile or bio that sparks your interest, simply tap the icon. You’ll be directed to leave your name, phone number, and the best time to receive a call.

Rest assured — this personal information is kept exclusively with The Sweet Spot and is never shared with the individual in custody.

Once your request is received, The Sweet Spot will contact the incarcerated individual on your behalf and inform him of the scheduled call time. He will then be instructed to call The Sweet Spot, not you. At the agreed-upon time, The Sweet Spot privately connects the two of you, ensuring that your number, identity, and any personal details remain completely confidential.

This allows you to explore a new connection safely, comfortably, and anonymously — while still enjoying a genuine conversation that could open the door to a meaningful relationship.
