Call Line Member Explanation
As a Call Line Member with Sweet Whispers, you are enrolling in a phone-based dating service designed to help you connect with individuals in custody who are seeking genuine companionship and potential relationships. By participating, you understand that you may receive calls from individuals whose profiles you have viewed or expressed interest in, or individuals without profiles looking for companionship.
All calls are routed through the Sweet Whispers Call Center to protect your privacy. This means:
The person in custody will not receive your phone number, and All calls will appear as coming from Sweet Whispers, not directly from the facility.
Calls typically last up to 20 minutes, depending on facility rules, and will be forwarded directly to your personal cell phone. To ensure you can receive these calls without interruption, you must have:

Strong and consistent internet or cell service

Availability during the times you select for potential calls
As a Call Line Member, your role is simply to answer the call, communicate respectfully, and explore whether there is a real match. You decide who you continue speaking with, and you maintain full control of what personal information—if any—you choose to share.
Sweet Spot Viewer Confidentiality Clause
By submitting your information to Sweet Spot (“the Service”), you acknowledge and agree to the following confidentiality practices:
Sweet Spot is committed to protecting the privacy of all viewers who submit personal information for the purpose of being considered as a potential match with a profile featured on our platform. Any information you provide—including but not limited to your name, phone number, email, or any other identifying details—will be kept strictly confidential by Sweet Spot.
We will not share, release, or disclose your phone number, name, identity, or any personal information to any individual in custody, even if they request it directly. All communication between you and any individual in custody is managed exclusively by Sweet Spot to protect your privacy and safety.
The decision to disclose your personal contact information to any individual in custody is entirely and solely the responsibility of the viewer. Sweet Spot does not authorize, suggest, or facilitate the release of your private information unless you independently choose to share it.
By using the Sweet Spot platform, you understand and accept that Sweet Spot’s role is to maintain confidentiality, provide connection services, and protect the privacy of all viewers at all times.
